Barring a time machine to take us back to right all GSB’s wrongs, apart from spend money on players just exactly what would you want the new owners to do?

Lay a foundation for the club. Something similar to Ajax. We bang on about the “academy of football.” But let’s be honest. We may get one or two come through. Flog them. Then buy someone who is past their prime. If they ever had one to start with.? And this has been going on since year dot for the club.

Remove London from badge
New Training Ground
Employ scouts - have a proper network for identifying transfer targets
Have a football philosophy that drives managerial appointments and recruitment - so when a manager doesn’t work out or leaves, you can replace with another manager who can work with the same set of players.

Have a purpose and a vision.
Employ the right people to make it happen.
Invest in the training ground and our scouting set up.
Build a proper football stadium.
Bring back the blue & white striped away kit.
Last one is probably most important.

Bring in a proper, progressive manager who doesnt need to be "Premier League proven". Preferably Julien Nagelsmann (I know, if pigs could fly)
Appoint a proper Director of Football to sit ABOVE the manager.
Establish a proper strategy to take the club forward and stick to it.
Not continually plead poverty.
That is all. Get that right, and the shonky stadium and London on the badge will pale away. And if London is to stay, add "East" before it (with maybe "tits, fanny, West Ham" below it SWT)

On day one i want to see the imaginary new owners slag off the current manager, explaining how he'll get rid of him at the earliest opportunity because their demands are high, only to then employ a shared management position of Avram Grant and Glenn Roeder taking us on a rollercoaster ride of scares, tears and misery.
